Prof Dr-Ing Anupam Kumar Singh is an internationally acclaimed expert in the area of water and environmental engineering. A DAAD and Polish Government Fellow, holds a PhD from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (formerly University of Karlsruhe) Germany. Prof Singh has contributed significantly in the area of Integrated water resources, Water harvesting, Climate impact assessment, Urban water systems, and application of Geoinformatics. He has published almost 100-research papers majority of which in renowned journals and few among most cited. He has been associated with IWMI-Colombo, GIZ-Germany, UN-FAO, DFID-UK, Government of India.
An inspiring teacher and proven mentor has received best teacher award, as well professional recognitions from international societies such as ISTE India, IEI (India), IEEE-ACM, CSI. Prof Singh has also received few best papers/posters awards from international societies such as Stockholm International Water Institute (Sweden) and in India. Oft a decorated academician, he has received several honours from National and International institutions for his contribution.
