Ayanda Siwahla

I have for the past ten years been contracted by the Government Department of South Africa as a Grant Co-ordinator with special focus on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. I worked for five years lecturing on governance and indutrial pychology. My work entails collecting and analysing loads of data which if not utilised correctly can rob the program of useful information that would have been used to enhance desired outcomed. I am also hoping to open my own research and training companyy that will work closely with local and national government as an influencer and change agent. I am keen on meeting and forming associations with both national and international people with siimilar interests.
