I am a senior PPP advisor to the International Sustainable Resilience Center (ISRC) located in New Orleans. ISRC is a non-profit organization that is focused on promoting ESG principles and People First PPP best practices to PPP projects globally. Our adaptive strategy approaches have been fine tuned through experiences developed in the Mississippi Delta where we are located. We are specifically focused on disaster recovery best practices for vulnerable infrastructure in Gulf and Caribbean region.
