Bea is an environmental economist with over 20 years’ experience in natural resource economics, impact assessment, public process design, and conflict assessment. She has developed methodologies to support and has managed collaborative, consensus based multi- stakeholder public input processes. Bea has developed frameworks for valuing and quantifying ecosystems services and assessing ecosystem management alternatives. Bea has conducted conflict assessments in support of long-range planning and forecasting for infrastructure projects. She has successfully managed projects involving multi-disciplinary teams including the management of public input processes, preparation of reports and recommendations for use by policy and decision makers. Bea has experience working with IFC, TCFD, GRI, SDG and other certifications and standards. She has worked in North and West Africa, Central Asia Washington, Oregon, Alaska and the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.
