Associate Professor
A trainer, researcher and consultant from the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), located in the City Council of Dodoma. Among the areas of interest and expertise in the few past years include Decentralised Climate Financing (DCF) in the dry pastoralist lands of Northern Tanzania, Climate change adaptation and resilience-building for communities living in semi-arid areas of central Tanzania, future climate forecasts in the Rufiji Basin in Tanzania, among others. The day to day responsibilities includes writing bankable climate change adaptation projects, capacity building for rural Tanzania communities, Digital resource mappping, among others.
