Carlos Maytín

I am a researcher at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana, located in Venezuela (South America), doing a doctorate in environmental sciences, on the subject of processes of adaptation of land use in rural areas through collective decision-making processes ( In communities that currently make decisions on an individual basis). My focus is on evaluating the two types of decision-making processes under different climate change scenarios to highlight the need to move from individual to collective decision-making, knowing and eventually using part or all of their modeling approach, and Participatory simulation, using the software Cormas, taking advantage of the experiences you already have in this type of methodology.
