National Coordinator
Isaac Mando has vast experience/ expertize working in the public private partnerships in Zambia, as well as extensive experience implementing and managing development projects. Isaac’s background encompasses: value chain development, cooperative development, agribusiness/marketing, digital information/finance for different value chains and product development; stakeholder engagement and partnerships; sales and marketing; trade and regional integration; field office administration and financial oversight; donor coordination; Proposal writing and review, monitoring and evaluation; hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring field staff. His recent full time employment was with GIZ as an Advisor charged with the responsibility for effective project implementing by the partner organization SNV. On part time basis, Isaac sits on the regional board for Agro Dealers in Southern Africa supported by NEPAD- GROW Africa. He recently presented a paper on the role of agro dealers in the supply/availability of fertilizer within the agriculture ecosystem at the recently convened 2020 Africa Agribusiness Partnerships and Fertilizer Conference.
He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Leadership at University of Lusaka (graduating in 2020) and studying for Certified Professional in Digital Finance (Finishing in 2020) with Digital Frontiers Institute in South Africa. Isaac holds a Diploma in Agribusiness Management and Diploma in International Trade obtained from the Institute of Export in the United Kingdom.
