More than 17 years of experiences as professional facilitator for environmental awareness, organizational and skill development through the use of participatory and adult learning approaches. He has expertise in facilitating participatory community-based planning, community-based information system, strategic planning and training of trainers/ facilitation on marine and small islands conservation and integrated coastal zone management. My skills in facilitating group discussions, experimental learning, participatory problem mapping, organization development and problem-solving, capacity building for marine protected area in Coral Triangle.
