Gbenga Morenikeji is a Disaster and Environmental Risk expert. He is currently a Co-coordinator for Information and Policy advocacy and Research and Development units at the Centre for Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies, and doubles as an academic staff at the department of Estate Management at the Federal University of Technology Minna. He is a Fellow of Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy and Fellow of the Institute of Global Facilities Management. He is a member of Network of Land Governance Researchers in Africa (NELGRA) and Network of Excellence for Land Governance in Africa (NELGA). Gbenga is currently the Africa Region Focal Point for the UNEP/APELL programme.
