Gary Duffey

Sunshine Coast Council is a local government located in the south-eastern part of Queensland. Council has endorsed the Sunshine Coast Climate Change and Peak Oil Strategy 2010 -2020. The strategy is supported by two background studies, one on climate change and one on peak oil.
I am the author of the climate change background study and I had a role in the development of the strategy.
My role has now shifted to the implementation of the actions within the strategy with a particular foccus on adapting council and the community to the impacts of climate change.
I have a Masters in Climate Change Adaptation from the University of the Sunshine Coast
