Hannah Barrowman

I am a PhD Scholar at the Australian National University. My research looks at community-based adaptation (CBA) in SE Asia and explores the role of adaptive, flexible governance arrangements in generating successful outcomes. My research focuses on Timor-Leste and Indonesia, but lessons are meaningful to most nations in the Asia-Pacific Region.
