Javier de Cendra is Dean of IE Law School. He is also a honorary senior lecturer at Energy Institute University College London , Honorary Senior Researcher at UCL Faculty of Laws, member of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Scienza and Fede - STOQ within the Pontifical Council for Culture, Vatican City State, and legal expert at the Malta Forum on legal issues of Climate Change Adaptation . Javier seasts at the advisory boards of several research centers , think tanks and Foundations in several countries. Javier has a double degree in law and economics from the University Carlos III of Madrid, an LLM in Energy and Environmental Law from the Catholic University of Leuven, and a doctorate in climate change law from the University of Maastricht. Javier deeply involved in research and consulting in their areas of interest, nationally and internationally. Javier has published three books on energy law and climate change, as well as numerous academic articles in international journals.
