Associate Professor, Political Science
I am an associate professor in public administration and political science in Universidad de Concepción in Chile. I have an M.A. and Ph.D. in International Studies of the University of Denver (USA). Originally from the United States, I have lived lived in Chile for more than 30 years. I am an associate researcher in the Interdisciplinary Center for Aquaculture Research (INCAR) financed by the Chilean Agency for Research and Development and researcher in the European Studies Center of the Universidad of Concepción. My research interests are governance and public policies at the sub-national level. I am member of the Editorial Board of the journal Public Administration and Development.
