Founder and Managing
I am a consultant by profession focusing on subjects related to environment conservation and natural resource management. Prior to becoming a consultant, I have worked over twenty years in civil society sector during which I headed the Royal Society for Protection of Nature (RSPN) in Bhutan.
I have a doctoral degree in Natural Resource Management from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. As a student of Elinor Ostrom, my research interest is Management of common pool resources (CPRs) with specific focus on issues emanating from the interface of environment and development. With climate change taking the centre stage of global concerns, consultancy services requiring expertise in Ecosystem based Adaptation has generated further interest to learn about the various tools and EbA interventions being employed across the world.
