David Luganda Nsiyonna is a climate action expert working with UNEP-EBAFOSA Uganda in implementing climate change adaptation projects. At Africa Farmers Media Center (AFMC) David provides the lead role of mentorship and training to over 40 women groups on the agri-food value chain, Agri - value addition mainly grain, cassava, and cereals and training renewable energy use which includes solar drying of food and making of charcoal briquettes. David has led, mentored and trained women, men and youth to make solar dryers, and briquettes machines.
At the Network of Climate Journalists of the Greater Horn of Africa David has trained science journalists on reporting, and organized climate cafes which enable the co-production of climate services to enable decision-making by climate information end users in the Greater Horn of Africa.
Lead project of disseminating climate information to farmers, fish flocks and pastoral communities and children at schools through mass media and online media.
