Melissa Alipalo

I am consultant for the Asian Development Bank, Central and West Asia Regional Department, supporting ADB's role in administering the PPCR program in Tajikistan. I assist in managing the PPCR capacity development technical assistance for building climate resilience in Tajikistan, as well as contributing to the management of the PPCR investment in the Pyanj river basin. I am also contributing to various department activities within the region to help mainstream climate proofing in ADB investments and building capacity in priority countries. I also participated in the PPCR development in Nepal and climate change vulnerability and adaptation planning in Vietnam and China.
