He has worked as Director -Monitoring and Evaluation for Lake Tanganyika Authority in Burund ( zambia, Tanzania, DR Congo and Burundi), Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Project coordinator, Head of Waste Management and Pesticides and Toxic Substances Units, Environmental Inspector for ZEMA and Tsetse Control Biologist in the Ministry Fisheries and Livestock . Coordinator for Third National Communication (TNC) to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) . Holds an MSc from Greenwich University UK.
