Oljam DERVISHI is an accomplished Environmental Expert and Young Researcher with two Master's degrees, one in Territory Management and Local Development from CIHEAM-IAMM & Paul Valéry University in Montpellier, France, and the other in Agri-environmental Engineering from the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania. Oljam is the CEO and founder of RESU - Reinforce Sustainability, a youth-focused NGO based in Tirana, Albania. With over four years of experience in the field, he has a proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating projects. His recent work as a data researcher and analyst was in a project aimed at developing a National Healthcare Waste Management Plan for Kosovo. He collected data from various governmental institutions, municipalities, and waste management companies. He also carried out the data treatment and analysis, and assisted in writing the baseline assessments report and the plan development, including the action plan. Apart from his project work, at RESU, he is currently developing two working pillars (A River of People and Reasonable Agriculture) in Albania. He has authored several scientific articles and posters, demonstrating his excellent writing and research skills. Oljam has a strong command of statistical programs such as R, SPSS, Excel, and GIS. His core qualities include effective communication, determination, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
