PhD ('Award of Excellence') from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. And Did a Diploma in Public Governance and Administration from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. However, In January 2006, I embarked on my career in the Development sector, collaborating with GoB, PKSF, ADB, DFID, SIDA, UNFPA, and Orbis International. My involvement in various projects in this sector continued until May 2015. I then transitioned to the academic realm in June 2015, shifting from Development practice to Theory exercise. My PhD thesis titled "Customary Law and Sustainable Community Development: A Study of the Santals of Bangladesh" (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia in 2024 with Graduation On Time), and focused on the 'Capability Approach' aligned with the customary law and sustainable development of the Santals community. Prior to PhD, I studied Anthropology at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. My academic arena— the indigenous community, Policy, SDGs, Climate justice, Ethnography, and the decision-making process within the cultural milieu to ensure social justice.However, I also received another Master in Business Administration from BOU. Furthermore, satisfied the "FinTech & Regulatory Innovation" (April-June 2023) course and "Cambridge Digital Assets For Regulators" (July-September 2023) at the University of Cambridge, UK, by getting ADBI scholarships and also obtained a full fellowship from ITCILO to study on Rural Development, Turin, Italy (2023); moreover, I obtained a training fellowship on Refugee Law by UNHCR (2024) to comprehend the International Refugee Law and its application in the refugee community; also conveyed another one training fellowship from CIVICUS on Bridgers’ of Community Organizers training at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (June 2024). Apart from these, I was awarded a full funding scholarship from ETH, Zurich, to complete the CAS graduation with a Thesis—Forest Policy and Indigenous People: A CDA In the Lens of International Frameworks (2025).To add the capacities as part of the skilled story, I acquired a PGD in Project Management and another in Criminology and Retrospective Justice. Participation in foreign training, workshops, and conferences at home and abroad as part of a CBT journey finally, and participated in the training on Introduction of Public Policy by ADBI scholarship. Looking forward to a better position or collaboration within diverse and multi-talented organizations all over the world.
