Msc Student
An environmental and agricultural practitioner in livelihoods project design and management, specializing in rural and environmental projects across Karamoja, South Sudan, and Ethiopia. Student of MSc in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management, with additional professional training in conservation policy and leadership. Currently serving as a Landscape Project Officer with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), Loupa provides technical guidance on community conservation and land rights. He is also an expert task force member for Indigenous Local Knowledge under IPBES and serves on various networks, including the steering executive committee of the Alliance of IPLCs for Conservation in Africa. Loupa's contributions extend to policy leadership, conflict mediation, and rangelands restoration. He is the founder of the Rural Landscape Future Initiative (RLFI) and an ambassador for Rewilding Africa in Uganda.
