I am a passionate managerial trainer and consultant with almost 30 years of experience in the mission to help people working better, developing themselves and their ability to create synergies and thriving ecosystems.

Along with a degree “Magna cum Laude” in Organizational Psychology at “La Sapienza University” in Rome in 1993, a Master in Business Administration in 1995, and further training as an NLP practitioner and professional facilitator, I managed several UE transnational innovative projects in training and job systems development

I teach communication, marketing, public speaking, organizational development, HR management, and transformational leadership by accompanying people and organizations to express their potential to the fullest.

In the past decades, I volunteered and worked professionally in Mexico, Guatemala, India, Argentina, Thailand, Turkey, Syria, Laos, Japan, and most recently Brazil and Jamaica.

In Brazil in 2010 I founded the international consulting group www.responsability.co, and created the event www.corporatesocialforum.org with the goal to develop joined vision for the sustainable development and adaptation to worldwide changes of entire territories through the involvement of all the productive activities and stakeholders, including minorities, indigenous communities, local associations and with special attention to gender issues.

Every winter since 2012 I migrate - like birds - toward Jamaica, where together with local partners with a fully bottom-up approach we created Jamadda Perma-Cultural Ecovillage, (Facebook: www.facebook.com/jamaddajamaica) to support responsible growth in the Treasure Beach community in the South Coast.

I participate in several networks of innovators, such as www.ouishare.net, www.edgeryders.eu and www.ecolise.eu enjoy creating cultural events as a production manager in challenging contexts, such as www.brasilicatatour.it in Region Basilicata in Southern Italy, that supported the city of Matera to be European Capital of Culture in 2019 by creating artistic residencies and public performance of Brazilian and local artists.
I enjoy having an impact on transforming reality by using participatory processes, social innovation, cultural shifts and by creating new synergies among existing systems for the common good
And since I am always ready for new challenging adventures, in 2020 I have started a new social enterprise buying 55 hectares of amazing biodiversity near Cagliari, in the South of the wonderful Sardinia Island. The company aims to be a multifunctional ethic agro-business and a demonstration site for climate adaption, permaculture in practice, a rural incubator for the blue and green economy, and an ecovillage offering experiential activities unifying art, nature, holistic seminars, and handicraft workshops.
In this vision, we offer everybody the opportunity to participate in the regeneration of people and territory by doing field research and experimentation and social impact finance by adopting parcels of the vineyards. oranges, almonds, olive trees, and medicinal plants, and/or new business developing part of the activities in our ecosystem.
And we are always ready for new adventures!
