Senior Scientist
I work on climate change impacts and adaptation issues, as well as on GHG mitigation issues supporting multiple federal clients. My particular interest is the relation between adaptation and mitigation, both synergistic and dissonant. I've worked on downscaling climate change to local impacts, particularly hydrological, as well as biotic impacts at species and ecosystem level. I've tested climate change scenarios against the paleoclimate record as well as modern climate variability.
