(1) Make regular and systematic visits to small scale community to develop rapport with the clientele and provide advisory services to the farmers and solve their production problems
(2)To project a positive image of the company at National and Global level by ensuring sustainable climate smart agricultural activities, ensuring food security at household level
(3) To act as a bridge between the community relations manager (company) and the community by examining situations, recognize and understand the problems and opportunities and propose courses of action.
