Planning for an integrated model approach in Environment and Sustainable development through sustainable management and development of natural resources. The most powerful reason is to address priority environmental problems affecting society and this may result in focused action gradually progressing towards Sustainable Environment Management programme. Good environmental and sustainable development and governance is paramount for enabling the full realization of sustainable management of all natural resources and it's conservation like. water, sanitation issues, environment law and policy advocacy are addressed through biodiversity, energy, land management, climate change, the urban environment, public private partnerships and an overall integrated approach from all sectors like Institutions, NGO's, Government and stake holder's participation are necessary for sustainable development. Natural resources have no intrinsic social, economic, or political boundaries, yet they are very much bounded and crisscrossed by competing governmental authority and claims from diverse interest groups with differing values and this requires proper implementation of sustainable environment development programmes. Overall global governance reform agenda is the need to strengthen the institutional architecture for sustainable environment development & it is important to develop a common vision for sustainable development in global aspects. This interlinking of regional to global issues require good leadership network and I think the present assignment will provide me to develop knowledge and resource sharing for proper implementation of leadership in adaptive management for sustainable development & environment management programme.
