Involved in Health Equity research, global health networking, large-scale healthcare technologies and planning. I also work internationally with indigenous cultural revival in Latin America and am concerned about the ways that marginal indigenous communities are under great economic pressure to sell their land to foreign companies, to adopt industrial farming practices (pesticides etc.), and adopt rural Mestizo lifestyles (Gucci knockoff bags, Aeropostale sweatshirts, Nikes, TikTok, etc.). I'll be interested to learn how WeAdapt addresses these issues.
