Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in rural development. He is passionate about people-centered, locally-managed and transformative approaches to addressing issues of rural people.
Climb up the ranks from community organizer to becoming a seasoned program manager of various community development programs in rural and agriculture development and resilience, disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation. Working mostly in Asia, with experience in Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and Vietnam.
When not at work, I am tattooed development worker and ultrarunner who enjoys the silence of a long night run where thoughts wander freely inside the cosmos of the mind.
