Scientific Manager
Eugenio Sini is Scientific Manager for the ISCD (Information Systems for Climate science and Decision-making) Division at CMCC (Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change Foundation). His background encompasses several disciplinary fields: he graduated in Philosophy in 2012 at the University of Turin with a thesis on aesthetics of landscape, then he obtained a Master Degree in Environmental and Territorial Sociology at the University of Trento (2015). In 2016 he attended a specialized master in energy economics and sustainability management at Bocconi University. At CMCC he worked on several projects in the field of climate adaptation planning, technical assistance to public administrations, stakeholder engagement and consultation, policy evaluation. Currently he is PhD candidate for the doctoral course “Future Earth, Climate Change and Societal Challenge” at the University of Bologna. His research focuses on the assessment of adaptive capacity.
