I am working on an Adaptation Decision Support Tool, which is part of the Pacific Climate Change Information Management project Pacific iCLIM.
The project is part of Pacific iCLIM is being undertaken by Griffith University in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environmental Programme (SPREP) and is funded by the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The project aims to support the regional management of climate change information in the Pacific.
The Adaptation Decision Support Tool will facilitate improved project identification and planning of climate change adaptation projects. It will be tailored to support the key areas of food security, water resources and coastal risk in the pacific.
Pilot work is being undertaken with government agencies in Tonga, Fiji and Vanuatu.
I have 16 years' experience working in environmental management and communication, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer for the environmental research and NRM sectors.
