I am working in Shared Water Governance for more than 9 years of experience working on regional transboundary water governance initiatives in Asia. Currently he is serving as the Regional Manager of the IUCN BRIDGE GBM Project. He has experience in programme development, implementation and facilitation of water dialogues. Consensus building among diversity of stakeholders for the resolution of water conflicts is at the core of Vishwa’s work. He has co-authored several IUCN reports and publications, including a) Women as change-makers in the governance of shared waters; b) Opportunities for benefit sharing in the Meghna Basin, Bangladesh and India; c) Governance of the Ganges River Basin: A comparative analysis of water agreements and the UN Watercourses Convention
