I'm a climate change enthusiast currently responsible for managing a set of Research & Development activities to pave way for an eXtreme Climate Facility (XCF) for African Risk Capacity (ARC). The XCF programme aims to link climate science, private sector financing and public policy and programme management to address the investment gaps of ARC's Member States.
