Vositha Wijenayake

Vositha Wijenayake is Executive Director of SLYCAN Trust, an attorney-at-law and an international lawyer working on issues related to climate change, sustainable development, human rights and social justice. She has worked extensively on issues related to climate adaptation internationally, focusing on resilience building, national adaptation plans, risk assessing and addressing vulnerabilities. She also works as a country support consultant for the United Nations Development Programme, as part of the NAP Global Support, and is a member of the expert committee on climate change adaptation to the government of Sri Lanka.
