Program Design Manager
Camille Angeles started working in 2012 as corporate finance associate at IFCL Group, a specialist international development finance consulting firm.
She has done a lot of online research and analysis of corporate and financial
information to support client projects of firm specialized in Asian Development Bank consulting and corporate & public-sector project advisory work. She is also responsible for financial modelling, analysis, stress-testing, simulations and reporting regarding client investment projects in Philippines, Kazakhstan, India, and other countries. Camille provided document & data analysis to support firm’s independent evaluation work for Asian Development Bank, project support for many ADB technical assistance projects.
In May 2016, Camille joined APAP, an international development non-profit based in
the Philippines which she serves as Project Design Manager. She works closely with board members and other staff to oversee day to day running of the organization and build links with target communities and raise their awareness about APAP projects.She is also responsible for program and project analysis, budgeting and financial monitoring. She has an extensive work with design and development of custom systems and databases to support programs and donor reporting.
Her fields of expertise are: project development, corporate finance, and project management.
Camille studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - major in Computer Applications at De La Salle - College of Saint class of 2012 as a Benildean Hope Scholar.
