Asia Pacific Aid Programs Inc. (APAP) is a Philippines-based international nonprofit, offering a range of services to establish effective, efficient and transparent aid programs to address Asia Pacific’s top development challenges in areas including:

  • Climate change adaptation & mitigation
  • Environment & conservation
  • Disaster risk management & recovery
  • Agriculture
  • Urbanization & social infrastructure
  • Education & health
  • Markets & economic development
  • Civil society engagement

APAP founders together have more than a century of experience with major international development organizations and development finance institutions (DFIs), ranging from overall management of multimillion-dollar country and regional programs, to field work, procurement, operations, evaluation, project budgeting, financial control, and other key areas.

Drawing lessons from this experience, APAP was organized to provide a more efficient aid delivery channel for donors of all sizes, from national agencies to corporate and family foundations, and individuals. APAP brings a profoundly new approach to international development, operating without the baggage of clunky legacy systems, overly politicized cumbersome processes, or bureaucracy for its own sake.
