A native of Indian Himalayan region (Rudraprayag in Uttarakhand) that boarder to China and Nepal, my work and interest remained in these mighty and beautiful Himalayan Mountains. A seasoned professional, worked on various environment and development issues over decade in India and Himalayan region. I am trained in various ecosystem approaches in water resources, bio-diversity, farming and climate change issues. At present work on an initiative, called 'Climate Himalaya', and involved in developing the first phase of knowledge networking and partnership among interest groups in 4 South Asian countries like Bhutan, India, Nepal and Pakistan. I am like debats on issues related to environment and mountain development. I keep on traveling in Hindu Kush Himalayan region and around to meet people to network and support Climate Himalaya's work.
