The Institución Universitaria Colegio Mayor de Antioquia is a Colombian university based on Medellín. The Institution has a specialization course on Disasters Risk Reduction and Management aimed to researchers, practitioners, policy makers and to all the stakeholders related to DRR.

My research is about the vulnerability of low low income/poor/developing world cities in the event of hydrometeorological hazards that may be enhanced by climate change.
