Workshop on Using strategic narratives to help integrate CCA & DRR
Have you already been in touch with the European PLACARD network?
This network aims to foster collaboration between the climate change adaptation (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) communities. This is done through running different types of dialogues and workshops on joint topics.
We would like to inform you about the 2-day workshop “Using strategic narratives to help integrate CCA & DRR” on 25-26 October in Brussels. This is a call to invite practitioners, policymakers and scientists working in the fields of:
- ‘community preparedness in the context of floods’,
- ‘landscape management for wildfire protection’
The aim of the workshop is to bring together understanding on the use of strategic narratives for behavioural change, to learn from it, and to experiment. Please find more information about this workshop here.
Please contact [email protected]/[email protected] for further details or if you have any questions. Registration is free. A maximum of 30 people will attend the workshop. You can forward the email to other people as well.
Many thanks,
Ingrid & the PLACARD team
