Created in 2018, the ARB ÎdF is the result of a strong partnership between the Île-de-France Region and the National Office for Biodiversity (OFB), with the Institut Paris Region as operator and the support of the State and the Seine-Normandy Water Agency. Supported by the department dedicated to biodiversity of the Paris Region Institute, it was the first regional biodiversity agency operational in France.
ARB ÎdF’s role is to assess the state of biodiversity, monitor its development, identify priorities for regional action, disseminate good practices and raise public awareness of his protection.
