Climate change manifests itself with the increasing number of climate disasters affecting all sectors. Despite the ever-increasing scientific knowledge and the capacity to better manage uncertainties, the gap between knowledge and action on climate change adaptation remains wide. For the developments in climate science to be transformed into practical steps, there is a need to communicate this information to society with user-friendly and customized tools and to strengthen the information-based policy tools with feedback from the community.
The Climate Resilient Agriculture Network The Network consists of non-governmental organizations acting together in agriculture’s adaptation to climate change. It aims to share knowledge and experience in this field. The most important mission of the network is to support the structuring of the Climate Resilient Agriculture Platform, which will function as an information center on adaptation to climate change in agriculture in the long term, to provide content to the platform, to contribute to the dissemination of the platform and sharing of experiences, and to establish collaborations with other members.
