Ministry of Environment [Kenya]
The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Regional Development Authorities protects, conserves and manages the environment and natural resources for socio-economic development in Kenya.
It is the mission of the Ministry to facilitate good governance in the protection, restoration, conservation, development and management of the environment and natural resources for equitable and sustainable development.
The Ministry hosts the Kenya Meteorological Department, the National Environment Tribunal, the National Environmental Council and the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).
