This article summarises the successes and lessons learned from the Climate Forum East project, which ran Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 in the six countries of the Eastern Partnership of the EU

The CIRCLE-2 partners consider transfer of the knowledge generated by adaptation research investments in Europe to be potentially useful for developing countries, which are more vulnerable to climate change and its impacts than most European countries.
